About Our Fees

Here is how the process works.

  1. We require a 20% deposit of the bid price.
  2. RMD Motors buys the bike on your behalf, you pay the actual bike price.
  3. Buyer pays for inland transportation (varies on bike location).
  4. You pay RMD Motors buyer’s commission ￥50,000.

About shipping containers and crates

We load all containers here at our shop. The cost will vary on the size of the container and where the container’s final destination is. RMD Motors charges 8000 Japanese Yen loading fee per bike.

Our crates are actually high quality custom made cases made for each bike. Depending on the size of the bike we may be able to put more than one bike per crate. Prices vary for each case.

Costs you should also consider

  • Shipping – The cost of the container.
  • Customs – What the agent will charge you to clear the motorcycles from the port.
  • Taxes – This will change from country to country, you will need to study this.
  • Trucking, transport, and unpacking charges.
